Lucilla, granddaughter of Antoninus Pius, daughter of Marcus Aurelius, wife of Lucius Verus and sister of Commodus. 164-168/169 AD.

Obverse: LVCILLAE AVG ANTONINI AVG F, draped bust right

Reverse: HILARITAS S-C, Hilaritas standing left, holding long palm branch and cornucopiae.
