Obv: ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P TR P XXI, laureate head right
Rev: COS IIII, tetrastyle temple with semi-circular arch, in which is a male figure, standing left on low base, holding branch and standard.

Antoninus Pius was adopted as Emperor Hadrian’s heir in February 138 A.D. and succeeded soon after.
