Description
Minted at the Philadelphia Mint in 1793, the Flowing Hair Wreath Reverse Cent was the first large cent to be minted at the US mint.
Obverse: Liberty Head Bust with flowing hair, LIBERTY, 1793, leaves between bust and 1793
Reverse: UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, 1/100, (ONE CENT surrounded by a wreath) stamped with the word COPY
Diameter: 27 mm
Copper plated, made in the USA.
Packaged in a coin collecting flip with the description of coin printed on flip insert.
