Gaius Cassius Longinus; Co-assassin of Julius Caesar, Brother-in-law of Brutus.  He later joined forces with Brutus and they were defeated by
Marc Antony and Octavian. He committed suicide during the battle of Philippi in 42 B.C.

Lentulus Spinther, Moneyer, Military mint, probably at Smyrna, early 42 B.C.

Obverse;  C. CASSI. IMP left, LEIBERTAS right, diademed and draped bust of  Libertas right
Reverse :  LENTVLVS SPINT in two lines below jug and lituus.
